Alana De La Garza was born in the year 1976 by a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother. She has been a well-known actress on television. De La Garza, a Mexican American father as well as an Irish American mother, was born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 in 1976. Soon after, she moved to Texas to pursue her master's degree in physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas only a short time before she moved in Orlando Florida. She took part in a wide range of acting roles, including commercials and local independent movies. Despite the small parts she quickly discovered her passion in acting. When she moved from New York, in 2001 she landed her first part as a performer for the television show All My Children. She had minor roles on JAG The Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men in the early 2000s. Her first major series appearance was on the short-lived 2004 drama The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV stars such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount, and Mitch Pileggi. The most memorable part of her career was in 2006's Law & Order where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 seasons. In the course of a limited time, her character moved into Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated numerous times for her performance as a character, and among them was Best Supporting Actress in Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She won an Impact Award in 2008 for her outstanding performance on an intense television show from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a part-time role in CSI Miami a short time later. She was Marisol Deko as Horatio the wife of actor Michael Caine. Her most recent TV appearance was on NBC's somewhat darker drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. After two short episodes it was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are an Italian father as well as an older brother Cory, who is 10 year younger than her. Her family was traditional and spiritual one. Milano launched her acting career when she was seven when her babysitter joined her at an audition. The four selected girls among over a thousand hopefuls included Milano. Milano was featured in TV commercials and off-Broadway shows including the very first American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
